1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all users of the MVMNTS platform and describe the relationship between users and MVMNTS UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

2. Scope of Services

MVMNTS offers:

  • Portfolio Management
  • Matching & Project Placement
  • Academy
  • Communication
  • Statistics, XP, Score

3. Registration

  • Registration required.
  • Information must be correct.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Content & Rights

All uploaded content belongs to the users. Users grant MVMNTS a non-exclusive right of use for representation within the platform.

Prohibited are among others:

  • illegal content
  • plagiarism
  • abusive use

5. Payment Terms

  • Prices net plus VAT.
  • Default can lead to blocking.

6. Liability

No liability for:

  • lost profit
  • financial losses
  • project results

Liability only in case of gross negligence or intent.

7. Account Blocking / Termination

Blocking or termination possible in case of:

  • abuse
  • payment delay
  • legal violations
